Specifically: the part "34b8?2?67" The question mark character can be read as a 7, as an F or even as a T, the correct character as per the eth addr should be a 5.
Last 4 characters can also be confused for cee5 instead of eee5.
It seams reasonable to use for text, the same criteria used for photographs, where photographs "cannot include special items" [...] "that can, voluntarily or involuntarily, distract humans or algorithms from being able to detect" it is only logical that text should be clear enough so that it doesn't confuse humans or algorithms in its interpretation of it.
Such bad quality submissions should not be admitted into the registry.
