Evidences

Evidences provided by Vagarish

Evidence #1:

Closing argument. Dear jurors, please find attached my closing argument. Thank you.

Evidence #2:

My defense of dispute #779 I took photos of my video and used a facial recognition tool which yielded the following results (see file) - I understand from the results that my face meets the requirements to accept my submission.

Evidence #3:

Facial recognition on the photo and video After running the photo provided in the submission and a frame from the video, Microsoft Azure's facial recognition tool returned a 93% confidence that both photos are the same person. Feel free to check it out yourselves on the file. I believe that is more than enough to accept the registry.

Evidence #4:

Incorrect Submission This video violates rule #4. Lighting conditions should be sufficient to discern facial features. Also, the face of the submitter in the video should follow the requirements of section 2. It is not possible to identify his eyes nor a great part of the face as required due to poor lighting conditions

Evidence #5:

The address can be seen in the video Although it is brief, the Ethereum address appears in the video at 0:10. It is viewable both in the browser's navigation bar but also on top of the QR code. Check the picture.

Evidence #6:

Challenge Justification Unfortunately, the ethereum address is not readable, therefore, the profile should not be accepted.
