Evidences

Evidences provided by Vagarish

Evidence #1:

All the facial features are not visible. Please see the attached file with the technical evidence and precedent cases. This submission has violated guideline #2. The submitter has her eyes close and this can, voluntarily or involuntarily, distract humans or algorithms from being able to detect identical faces (duplicates).

Evidence #2:

The submitter is showing her facial features Both in the video and in the photo, the submitter is showing her facial features. The eyes aren't closed, it is a smirk, but either way you can still use the photo to look for duplicates, even with software. If the submitter loses the case then everyone with ears hidden must also loose the registry

Evidence #3:

Challenge Justification Incorrect Submission - The submitter shows her eyes closed in the photo. This submission has violated guideline #2 as stated: "The picture should include the face of the submitter facing the camera and the facial features must be visible." As set precedent by cases #577 and #615, all facial features, including eyes must be visable. Therefore the request to register should not be accepted.
