Evidences provided by Vagarish

Evidence #1:

For 0xdc...c62a the listing policy line: ➤In the case of duplicates, only the first submission should be accepted. The most recent submissions appear highest in the list. refers to 'duplicate' as the exact submission requested. This is not a duplicate of the removal request which is valid due to a change. The asset name is written as is not only to be in line with official docs but also to the acceptance of 'synthetic network token' in the T2CR previously. No reason to reject this submission to the challenger 0xdc...c62a, don't be too emotional with your challenges and claim members as sock puppets of one another. You're not adding value to the community by being disrespectful

Evidence #2:

Juror thoughts Non-biased juror here. I believe the token name and logo to be correct. HOWEVER, there is already a token with this ticker and token contract. That one is still not removed, so this submission should've waited until it was removed. Per the guidelines in the Kleros T2CR, only the first submission should be accepted. Therefore I voted NO on this submission, as it violates the policy.

Evidence #3:

Duplicate Adding to the challenge for incorrect name, sETH is already in the TCR, so this submission is a duplicate. The requester should wait for the current submissions to be removed, before they can even be submitted again to the TCR.

Evidence #4:

Synths The synthetic asset are called Synths. there are numerous mentions of it, by external sources, but also by official sources. There is only 1 mention of Synthetic Bitcoin, everywhere else they are called synths. * https://etherscan.io/token/0xfe18be6b3bd88a2d2a7f928d00292e7a9963cfc6 * https://docs.synthetix.io/tokens/#synthetic-assets-synths * https://blog.synthetix.io/synth-asset-management-with-dhedge-is-live/ * https://docs.synthetix.io/litepaper/ * https://docs.synthetix.io/litepaper/#synth-pegging-mechanism * https://blog.synthetix.io/paraswap-joins-the-synthetix-volume-program/ * https://crypto.com/price/synthetix-network-token The juror with 2 votes already voted prior to any evidence being posted. This juror is probably a sock puppet of the requester, otherwise he would have waited with voting. I advise the remaining juror to actually look at this case, instead of blindly following the other juror.

Evidence #5:

The submitted logo is the latest logo I think the submitted logo is the latest logo. You can see it in the official GitHub account. https://github.com/Synthetixio/synthetix-assets/blob/master/synths/sBTC.svg You can also see that all the logos were updated two months ago. https://github.com/Synthetixio/synthetix-assets/tree/master/synths

Evidence #6:

It's Synthetic Bitcoin Token name, logo, and contract address are found here https://synthetix.exchange/#/synths/sBTC Have confirmed that this logo is the newest one from the team. Not the one in listing sites like Coingecko

Evidence #7:

Token challenge 1. Name should be Synth Bitcoin. (https://docs.synthetix.io/tokens/) 2. Can't find this logo anywhere for this token, could the requester point us to it?
