Evidences

Evidences provided by Vagarish

Evidence #1:

Further evidence from the team themselves See attached

Evidence #2:

Incorrect logo Both submitter and challenger got it wrong: The T2CR needs to have quality logos because it can be used by third party apps. Official XIO website provide clean official logo with transparent background and a fitting size (see https://xio.network/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/XIO-WHITE.png and logo attached). Cmc, coingecko, their official medium are using poor square quality version of the logo and we should not use this for the T2CR. Anyway, this submission should be denied and I suggest a new submission with an official quality logo fitting rules like the one attached to this evidence.

Evidence #3:

Incorrect logo The logo used by the requester is not the most commonly used logo. The most commonly used logo is square, not round. Jurors in the first round therefore, correctly ruled against listing a submission using an incorrect logo. We have seen similar rejections in the past, which set a precedent that the submitted logo should match the most commonly used logo.

Evidence #4:

Logo is NOT round. The submitter falsely claims that the logo used on the token's website, Telegram, Instagram and Twitter is round; this is incorrect. In the attached evidence I provided proof that the logo should be square.

Evidence #5:

Round logo The round logo is shown on the token's website, Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, and even on the team's Facebook group. If there's an update on the logo, it usually happens first on the token's social online presence before coins/tokens list like CMC. See attachment.

Evidence #6:

Token challenge The submitted logo is not the same logo as is used on Etherscan, Coinmarketcap, Coingecko, XIO website, XIO Medium, XIO Telegram. A square logo is used consistently, but a round logo was submitted to the TCR. The logo used for the TCR should match the most commonly used logo, which it doesn't, and should therefore be denied from the TCR until the correct logo is uploaded.
