Evidences

Evidences provided by Vagarish

Evidence #1:

First sight opinion To stake, which is the responsibility of the person who makes it, Greg used his own responsibility for the opinions of third parties, which have nothing to do with the horse betting website. Greg, at his discretion and without requesting information about whether he could link his decisions to the website, took that path to make his bet. Therefore Greg is not entitled to any refund.

Evidence #2:

Preliminary Opinion This is a straightforward case in my opinion. The answer Greg has given was wrong, so he cannot reclaim his money from the horse betting website. The person responsible for his loss, the blog owner, should pay it back to Greg, maybe. But that is a wholly different case. That the four other individuals were able to find the correct information, also shows that Greg was too negligent.
