Evidences

Evidences provided by Vagarish

Evidence #1:

This is obvious It is obvious that I want a video about my restaurant, not a restaurant in France. Why would I pay to have video promoting another restaurant? Why would I put a video of an other restaurant on my website?

Evidence #2:

Bob just sent me a random youtube video which was not even about my restaurant. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FzWk_e1ptK0

Evidence #3:

Video I sent complies The contract specifies a "Marketing Video of 120 seconds for Alice's restaurant website". It does not specify it has to be her restaurant in the video. The quality of video is definitely good.
